Up In Vape is a haunting PSA for Prince Georges County Public Schools that uses stark imagery to warn against teenage vaping. In a darkened room, a young girl watches memories of her life projected onto a drifting vape cloud — a powerful visual metaphor for how quickly it all can disappear.
