The Weight of Life is a powerful underdog story from Sideline Therapy about Charles King, a blind powerlifter from Philadelphia who turned pain into purpose. After losing his sight, facing homelessness, and battling addiction, Charles found strength—literal and emotional—through the world of powerlifting. This documentary is a testament to resilience, showing how one man defied the odds, found hope in the unlikeliest of places, and went on to break world records with nothing but grit and heart.
